Are items made to order?
Yes. Every piece is printed and produced when you order it, which keeps runs limited and waste low. Please allow a few days for production before shipping.
What’s your returns policy?
Because products are made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there’s a print error or a visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it, just reach out with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
How long is shipping?
Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days, plus carrier transit time to your region. You’ll get tracking once it ships.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $75. Below that, the exact rate is calculated at checkout based on where it’s going.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Possibly, if you’re outside the US. Depending on your country, duties are either collected at checkout or charged by the carrier on delivery, and they’re the customer’s responsibility. Your local customs office can tell you what applies.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally with checkout available in 17 currencies.

Most tees are a relaxed/boxy fit; TILTED.GYENAME runs a touch tight. Check each product page for fabric weight and fit notes.
